Cornerstone Providence Group was founded by Ryan and Chanel Kunick with a simple belief: property ownership should feel stable, not stressful.

As we spoke with property owners over time, we kept hearing the same frustrations — late payments, constant turnover, and homes that weren’t cared for the way they should be. Ownership felt reactive instead of dependable.

So we built a different approach.

Our model is designed around predictable income, thoughtful operation, and long-term care, not quick wins or volume driven growth. We partner selectively and operate with intention, so ownership feels calm and hands-off.

Our work is guided by our Christian faith and the values that come with it — stewardship, integrity, and responsibility. We believe what we’re entrusted with should be managed carefully and treated with respect.
