How do I get paid? Do you take a cut of my rent?
You receive the full agreed-upon monthly rent, exactly as outlined in your agreement. We don’t take a percentage of your rent, our compensation comes from the premium guests pay for short-term stays. This means your income is stable and predictable, without hidden fees or deductions.
What happens if the home is vacant?
Vacancies can occur, and we plan for them. Our focus is on maintaining steady demand through thoughtful pricing, active marketing, and responsible operation. While no model eliminates every gap, our goal is to minimize downtime and keep income as consistent as possible.
Who pays if something is damaged?
We require guest security deposits and maintain comprehensive coverage to protect against damage beyond normal wear and tear. If damage occurs during a stay, we handle the entire process and ensure it’s resolved so you’re spared the stress and uncertainty of dealing directly with guests
How do you prevent parties and what happens if one occurs?
Protecting your property is a priority. We enforce a strict no-party policy and use monitoring tools to detect violations early. If a guest triggers noise or policy alerts, we intervene and remove them promptly. This proactive approach minimizes risk and protects your asset.
Will my property be worn down faster?
Our frequent cleanings and regular inspections help maintain condition often resulting in better overall upkeep than long-term rentals where issues can go unnoticed for months. We monitor the home closely and address concerns before they escalate.
How do you ensure responsible guests stay in the home?
Every guest request is personally reviewed using verified ID checks and platform screening tools. We also ask about purpose of stay to ensure alignment with our standards. This thoughtful process helps protect your property and your reputation.
